Wilma A. Chapman Scholarship Fund: In honor of her mother, Kelly Chapman personally created a $10,000 fund to provide financial assistance for a unique group of students. The fund is owned and managed by The Cleveland Foundation* (the Nation's oldest community foundation). Kelly has grown the fund to approximately $16,000 since 2000, helping a wide spectrum of students. Most importantly, the fund will exist in perpetuity - leaving a legacy forever.
Neither Kelly nor the Chapman family receive any compensation for donations made to this important fund
Scholarship Criteria: To enhance scholarship opportunities for persons with mental challenges who aspire, and have the potential to succeed in, undertaking college/university coursework at either the undergraduate or graduate level.
Eligibility:
Eligibility:
- Medical history of specific mental challenges
- Have treating physician's endorsement
- Resident of City of Cleveland
- Enrolled or accepted in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited, Pell eligible educational institution at full-time or part-time status
- Household income less than $100K
- U.S. citizen or legal resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (unexpired)

KCM, Inc's goal is to encourage and support: the poor, victims of domestic violence and single mothers globally. Our IMPACT! Partnership involves the following:
I - Intercessory prayer - We commit to praying for our IMPACT! Partners daily that the Lord would meet their needs: mentally, physically, spiritually and materially.
M - Missions - Kelly Chapman Ministries, Inc. will go to the nations and we invite our IMPACT! Partners to join us.
P - Praise the Lord! Our IMPACT! Partners commit to lifting up the name of the Lord because He is worthy to be praised!
A - Accountability - Kelly Chapman Ministries will be accountable to our IMPACT! Partners and will keep them apprised of the work of the Ministry, the success of the ministry, the challenges of the ministry and the needs of the ministry. Our partners will receive separate communications regarding the ministry.
C - Contribution of time, talent and treasure - our partners may link with us in many ways:
- Praying for the ministry as we travel to remote areas of the world and covering our families in prayer
- Fellowshipping with us when we are in your city or near your town and sharing the ministry with friends
- Participating through sharing of your gifts
- Making regular financial contributions to support the expenses of the ministry*
T - Tell the world about Jesus! IMPACT! Partners commit to being a "light" in this world and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ to the lost. We ask that our IMPACT! Partners share God's word through our ministry products including CD's, tapes, and merchandise.
