Wilma A. Chapman Fund Scholarship: In honor of her mother, Kelly Chapman created a $10,000.00 perpetual fund to provide financial assistance for higher education.

Scholarship Criteria: To enhance scholarship opportunities for persons with mental challenges who aspire, and have the potential to succeed in, undertaking college/university coursework at either the undergraduate or graduate level.

Eligibility:

• Medical history of specific mental challenges
• Have treating physician's endorsement
• Resident of City of Cleveland
• Enrolled or accepted in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited, Pell eligible educational institution at full-time or part-time status
• Household income less than $100K
• U.S. citizen or legal resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (unexpired)
